We knew we needed more space in our family home, but wasn't sure how to make the space work, or the best way to layout the new extension. Thankfully Charn was able to come up with a few different plans that helped us see the potential with the space. She is very knowledgeable on the rules and regulations that we needed to consider and made the most efficient use of our space. She also knew exactly how to get the planning application approved and handled the full submission for us, we literally had to do nothing, and the whole process was absolutely seamless. Would definitely recommend and use this service again.

JNC Architecture, provided a very professional, friendly and organised service. It was the first time I was getting planning permission for an extension and they explained every step of the way what they were going to do and what was needed from me. They handled everything from consultation, design and gave great recommendations to ensure I would maximise my space. They then proceeded with providing guidance on the type of planning permission required and what would be allowed and what would not. Though I have not yet seek planning permission when I do I will certainly be using their services. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
